Additional Information of Alaska Duck Hunting Season
|Daily / In Possession|
|Ducks||No more than 2 canvasbacks daily, 6 in possession.
|No more than 6 harlequin and long-tailed ducks daily, 12 in possession. Season is closed on Steller’s and spectacled eiders.
|May not take or possess more than 20 sea ducks per season, including no more than 4 of any duck species.
|Emperor Geese||NO OPEN SEASON|
|Tundra Swans||Only in Units 17, 18, 22, 23 in the North zone.
Limit 3 swans per permit.
|Statewide||1/2 hour before sunrise to sunset|

|Shotguns||Must be 10 gauge or smaller, incapable of holding more than three shells|
|Shot||Must be non-toxic, size T or smaller|
|Falconry||Must have a falconry permit. Limit 3 daily, 9 in possession.|
